Our Global Talent Development, People & Culture (P&C) organization is seeking a Learning & Development Advisor to join our growing, dynamic, and trailblazing Global Learning & Development team!

This role is all about creating innovative and holistic learning solutions to enhance employee experiences at a global level, building strong leadership and team capabilities, and enabling Dynatrace to be a leader in the tech industry.

You will work closely with People & Culture Business Partners, global Talent Partners, and various Talent Management functions, collaborating directly with leaders, teams, and individual employees to support development, career growth, and strategic and cultural alignment.

• Learning Program Ownership: Design, manage, implement, and measure learning solutions using best practices and blended learning modalities and strategies, e.g., virtual-first, in-person, self-paced, facilitated, knowledge reinforcement
• Research and Learning Experience Design: Develop and own, as appropriate, key global talent development solutions aligned with P&C strategies and Dynatrace business goals
• Learning Experience Facilitation: Conduct workshops for various audience sizes and settings, both virtual and in-person, using various learning technologies and modalities to engage learners and drive sustained behavior change
• Strategic Consulting and Partnerships: Utilize facilitation, coaching, instructional design, and strategic consulting skills in partnership with internal and external stakeholders to address skill gaps and ensure a globally consistent learning experience

Hands-on experience in multi-modal, multi-audience, global learning program design and facilitation

Big appetite for innovation in creating impactful learning experiences and using learning technologies

Strong consultative and feedback-oriented approach to designing solutions via partnering with the team, internal, and external stakeholders

Agility, resilience, and continuous improvement in a fast-paced, ambiguous, and complex environment

Diligent project management to handle multiple distributed projects and change initiatives using available technology solutions (e.g., Asana)

Presence and communication style that projects confidence, impact and influence

Bonus points if you have experience with

Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Belonging (DEIB) initiatives

Psychometric and other types of learner or leader assessments

SAP SuccessFactors and its LMS, or other LMS products

Ideal qualifications:

Experience with People & Culture (HR), performance management, organization development and/or learning and development programs/experiences

Project and Program Management experience with global teams and various organizational functions

Education in fields related to adult learning, organizational psychology, marketing and communications

Compensation and rewards

• We offer attractive compensation packages and stock purchase options with numerous benefits and advantages.
• Due to legal reasons, we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary for this position, which is € 45,000 gross per year based on full-time employment. We offer a higher salary in line with qualifications and experience.
