Die CML Construction Services GmbH ist eine 100%-ige Tochtergesellschaft der STRABAG SE. Ihre Aufgabe ist die bauwirtschaftliche und rechtliche Betreuung der Konzerngesellschaften. Als Zentralbereich unterstützt die CML die operativen Kollegen in allen Phasen der Projektabwicklung. Die Einbindung in das Projekt findet je nach Erfordernis statt und reicht vom Telefongespräch bis zu einer mehrwöchigen bzw. ständigen projektbegleitenden Betreuung.
Aufgaben

Providing comprehensive legal advice, including the coordination of international counsel, to the STRABAG SE Group and its subsidiaries on compliance-related matters. The scope of responsibilities includes the following:

• Monitoring and advising on legal developments in compliance
• Coordinating international compliance training programs (covering criminal law, antitrust law etc.)
• Advising on and managing compliance incidents, as well as developing compliance policies
• Offering legal advice and coordinating support for the Business Compliance Unit of the STRABAG SE Group (covering cartel, corruption, AML, whistleblowing, etc.)
• Centralizing communication with BC, managing CCL and GRI reporting with expertise, reviewing compliance reports, identifying potential breaches as well as safety risks and providing solutions for effective implementation
• Drafting and assessing compliance documents and contract clauses, monitoring sanction along with responding to sanctions and KYC requests
• Managing special issues such as export control and liaising with relevant authorities

Profil

• Educational Background:We are looking for candidates with a law degree, with experience in other practices (areas) of law, focus on compliance, compliance related legal fields and/or corporate governance would be beneficial
• Professional Experience:Minimum 5 years of relevant experience either in-house or in a law firm
• Language Proficiency:Very good German and English skills, both verbal and written, are required
• Business Insight:Strong interest in an international working enviroment is essential
