Your new companyYour new company is a highly reputable organisation based in the heart of Carmarthen. They are seeking an experienced Legal Secretary to join their team on a permanent basis. Your new roleYour new role as a Legal Secretary will be a varied role consisting of various responsibilities. These responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Working within a pool of secretaries
• Working as a part of a team to support fee earners
• Audio typing
• Preparation of documents and correspondence
• General administrative duties such as filing, photocopying and handling telephone and email queries
• Arranging client appointments
• Diary management duties

What you'll need to succeedThe successful candidate will be an individual who is proactive with great organisational and time-management skills. You will have audio skills or experience in the legal sector as an audio typist / secretary. You must possess great communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing. You must be skilled at multitasking and possess a keen eye for detail.What you'll get in returnIn return, you will receive a competitive salary between £23,000 - £24,000. You will be joining a friendly and welcoming team and working within a clean, professional office environment. You will have access to free parking. The company offers a generous pension scheme and a holiday allowance of 23 days + bank holidays.
