Locum Senior Adult Social Care Lawyer - Full time - Predominantly Remote Working - 3 months + - up to £60 per hour Umbrella - East Midlands

Position: Locum Adult Social Care Lawyer
Organisation: East Midlands based Local Authority
Duration: 3 months +
Working Hours: Full Time ideally but Part Time considered
Working Arrangement: Predominantly Remote Working with occasional Court Attendance
Hourly Rate: Up to £60 per hour Umbrella

The ideal candidate will have prior experience working within a Local Authority and will have a broad working understanding of Adult Social Care Law to deal with a varied caseload.

Duties may include:

1. Understand the legal framework and case law relating to Adult Social Care and Health
2. Understand the issues facing Local Authorities, legal service departments and Lawyers
3. Provide legal advice to Local Authority clients in one or more of the areas above on complex matters
4. Previous experience of conducting your own advocacy is desirable

This position has an attractive hourly rate of up to £60 per hour Umbrella dependent on experience.
