Are you detail-oriented and enjoy working in a team? Then this could be the perfect role for you! In this job, we have one main goal: to sort and deliver all packages on time to the right customers. To help us achieve this, we're looking for new team members to join our sorting center.

As a sorting worker at DHL in Amersfoort, you'll play a key role in keeping the sorting process running smoothly. Your tasks will include unloading packages so the system can scan them and route them correctly. You might also work on the sorting line, making sure the packages are placed in the right containers to be sent to their destinations. You'll handle all kinds of packages-big, small, light, and heavy, up to 25kg.

Functie-eisen

• You're comfortable with physically demanding work;

• You can speak Dutch or English well enough;

• You have your own transportation, as public transport isn't an option;

• You're available to work from 4:00 PM to midnight and/or from 2:15 AM to 8:00 AM;

• You're able to apply for a Certificate of Good Conduct (VOG), which Olympia will cover.

Arbeidsvoorwaarden

• A gross hourly wage of €13.68;
• Shift allowances based on the hours you work:
  • From 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM, 112.5%, which is €15.39 per hour;
  • From 8:00 PM to 12:00 AM, 125%, which is €17.10 per hour;
  • From 12:00 AM to 6:00 AM, 130%, which is €17.78 per hour;
  • On Saturdays, 150%, which is €20.52 per hour;
• A travel allowance of €0.23 per kilometer if you live more than 5 kilometers from the location;
• Flexible working days;
• 8% holiday pay;
• A temporary contract through Olympia, with the chance of being hired by DHL if you perform well;
• The opportunity to earn a forklift certificate;
• Immediate pension contributions starting from your first day.
