Description

Loyalty Marketing Manager - Dorel Juvenile

Enhance the brand and product experience of the world's leading juvenile products company? As a loyalty marketing manager at Dorel Juvenile in Helmond, this is your goal. To reach this, you develop and implement effective training programs for retailers, distributors, and sales teams. Your ultimate aim? Increasing engagement and sales. Always wanted to contribute significantly to the turnover and performance of an international company? This is your chance!

This is what the position looks like:

In the position of loyalty marketing manager at Dorel Juvenile, you create a long-term strategic 'one Europe' approach. To meet the needs of seven major markets and exports. You develop a European training strategy and roadmap aligned with brands, products, services, and sales strategies. And with implementing training materials, tools, and methods. Besides that, you create and implement a winning training program across Europe. Including a train-the-trainer initiative for training heads in each market. Your goal? Enhancing loyalty and retail conversion with innovative learning content. The focus lies on shop floor execution and market-specific adaptations to boost sales. Upselling and cross-selling? You know how to implement strategies for this, using innovative and engaging elements in our training program.

This position goes further than that. You develop and execute retail staff incentive programs. Of course, in collaboration with the commercial team to drive increased sell-out performance. You also manage the three training leads and coach them. To help improve the influence strategy into action, in close alignment with the country managers. And you take an active role in executing the training goals within our key accounts. For our markets, you are the go-to person. You know how to take ownership and become an expert on the entire Dorel portfolio.

Training program effectiveness - you monitor, evaluate, and report. How? Using data from e-learning platforms, Salesforce, and Power BI dashboards. Additionally, you identify and assess future and current training needs in collaboration with managers in local markets and the head office. And finally, you manage the Europe training budget effectively.

Why this will be your new job?

  • You get a lot of autonomy to implement innovative strategies, conduct impactful presentations, and improve customer-centric storytelling.
  • In this position you benefit from strong market connections and the opportunity to travel approximately 15% of the time, fostering professional growth and exposure to diverse markets and practices.
  • You will immediately be employed by Dorel Juvenile and receive an annual contract with a probation time of one month.
  • The position is for 32 to 40 hours per week, depending on your preferences.
  • Each month, you will receive a gross salary between €3,800 and €5,000 based on your experience and knowledge, with room to grow.
  • You are eligible for a 13th month every year.
  • The option to work hybrid up to three days, with two joint office days.
  • The annual leave entitlements consist of 28 vacation days in the case of full-time employment.
  • You will get an extensive retirement plan.
  • Other terms include travel expenses, use of a laptop and telephone (if required), option to purchase extra holiday hours, bicycle plan and collective health insurance.
  • Besides work there is time for fun such as team outings.

What to bring?

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in marketing, sales, business administration, or a related field with several years of relevant marketing experience in an international complex/matrix environment.
  • Experienced in bringing training programs to life and running them.
  • Good knowledge of the English language both spoken and written. The French of German language is beneficial.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with confidence, drive, energy, and the ability to work independently.
  • Capability to translate strategy and insights into pragmatic execution plans.
  • Strong skills in presenting to large audiences, public speaking, and making presentations.
  • Strong leadership skills overseeing actions and stakeholders, responsible for delivering online content through brand and product marketing.
