M&A Director

CFI is an independent corporate finance group present in 20 countries worldwide.

Your Role

As M&A Director at CFI France, you will initiate mandates in close collaboration with other members of the French and/or international team. You will manage project teams and be the first point of contact for clients, banks, advisers, and investors.

Your Profile

• You have built a reputation and network in the French M&A market.
• You are a specialist or generalist with knowledge of the Consumer or Industry sectors (Aerospace & Defence, Industrial Services, Tech, Machinery, etc.).
• You have demonstrated managerial skills in previous projects.
• You are fluent in French and English.
• You are accustomed to working in an international environment.
