M&A IT Project Manager

Description:

This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth transition and integration of IT systems during mergers, acquisitions, and divestments, while maintaining compliance and security standards. Full implementation of the M&A IT End-to-End-Business Information Migration Process and Governance for delivery of all its expected deliverables.

Key Responsibilities:

Application Disposition and User Access:

o Ensure proper application disposition and user access restrictions for Day-1 and during Transition Service Agreements (TSA).

Data Migration:

o Oversee data migration activities, ensuring collaboration with IT transaction and project leads.

o For data migration related program activities, ensure, in collaboration with IT Transaction- and underlying project leads

Project Control and Risk Management:

o Define and implement project control maturity assessment strategies.

o Develop and implement comprehensive risk management approaches for transactions.

M&A IT Processes:

o Implement the M&A(Merger & Acquisition) IT End-to-End-Business Information Migration Process and ensure delivery of all expected deliverables.

o Report upcoming ISC relevant items to M&A IT BISM

Security and Compliance:

o Create and maintain transactional cSOC Fact Sheets for security incident handling readiness.

o Ensure that ISRM (information security risk management) functions/services are pulled in as per need (FSA, IAM, RIM, others)

o Ensure compliance with the companies regulations, especially considering IMF and M&A IT ISRM guidance in all phases of the transactions.

Collaboration and Handover:

o Collaborate with IT Transaction Leads and ensure full handover to relevant parties
