M&A Manager - Onshore Wind

The Role Responsibilities

1. Form complex financial models for greenfield wind projects.
2. Financial analysis including cash flow projections and valuation.
3. FP&A budgeting, variance analysis, and performance tracking.
4. Market research for strategic planning, capital allocation, and investment decisions.
5. Origination evaluations.
6. Due diligence.
7. Negotiate and structure M&A transactions.
8. Support debt and tax equity financing.
9. Collaborate with the project development team.
10. Ad-hoc project development tasks.
11. Work with the technical team and consultants to analyze technical viability and optimize production and capital expenditure on projects.

1. Bachelor's degree.
2. 3 years of Renewable Energy financial analysis, Mergers and Acquisitions, Project Finance, and FP&A.
3. Proficiency in financial modeling, valuation techniques, and financial analysis.
4. M&A transactions from due diligence to deal closure.
5. Reasonable knowledge of wind energy project development.
6. Excel, PowerPoint, and financial databases.
