M&A Senior Associate/Vice President - Media

I'm looking for an experienced M&A professional with Media experience to join an entrepreneurial Boutique investment Bank.

With impressive creds, this is a fast-paced environment within a small team offering a great culture and unique opportunities.

You will need an ability to lead the full deal process with a high level of autonomy, including all aspects and experience in the legal documents associated with M&A deals. Ability to work well with other members of the team, including training others. Excellent client relationship skills and communication skills are required. Expected to be actively involved in business development.

• ACA Qualified or equivalent
• Over 5 years experience in M&A
• Understanding of the Media Sector
• Highly personable and motivated to continue the ongoing growth
