Your new roleHigh level understanding of Building Mechanical & Electrical services & systems and understanding of all prevailing standards and initiatives to promoting a safe, Compliant and efficient workplace. Electrical Engineering background qualified in electrical installations to BS7671 wiring regulations. Able to manage a team of Supervisors, Engineers and Specialist Subcontractors. Experienced in Asset Management and SFG20 Industry Standards. Knowledge & experience of managing the risks associated with the Control of Asbestos and Legionella L8 Regulations. Knowledge of current legislation and mandatory standards relating to safe working practices. Technically qualified in appropriate engineering disciplines and willing to undertake, or work towards suitable nominated appointments, such as: RP, AE/ AP etc.
What you'll need to succeedEngineering/ Trade background, Engineering Qualification, such as or equivalent to: ONC, HNC, HND Or qualified to NVQ Level 3
