More about your role

You will have to proactively manage the Maintenance aspect of a portfolio of properties ensuring that client, company and statutory requirements are always met. You ensure that all maintenance issues are triaged in a timely manner to the correct contractor who is responsible for rectifying the problem.

Part of your role will involve you liaising with tenants, contractors, landlords and the client to ensure queries are completed promptly and efficiently and to pay suppliers invoices promptly.

Once you successfully have completed your training you will work from home Monday, Tuesday and Friday.

At Places for People, we prioritise our dedication to safer recruitment. Therefore, a Basic DBS check is mandatory for this position.

More about you

Property management experience is preferred for this role; however, it is not essential as training will be provided. The ideal applicant will have a background in customer service, be comfortable using various IT packages, and have a track record of working with various stakeholders.
