Your new role
Working in a team within high volume production you will ensure machines are available and safe to ensure production is running at maximum efficiency. The role involves a mixture of reactive and preventative maintenance. You will need to be able to work in a team and provide adequate support to production.
What you'll need to succeed
It is essential you have experience or highly transferable skills in production maintenance. The company are growing and rely on flexibility to support this growth period through overtime when required but not excessively. It's a great time to join a positive company in investment at such a time
What you'll get in return
You will receive a strong pacakage without having to work nights or weekends unless you are doing overtime. Working hours are Monday-Friday on an earlies/lates weekly rotation allowing for good work/life balance as you retain your weekends. Overtime is available if desired and paid at time and a half allowing for you to further boost you earnings. Full benefits package available on request.
