Mechanical and Electrical Maintenance EngineerBirminghamFull-Time PermanentSalary - £40000-£45000Monday - Thursday (FRIDAYS OFF )We are seeking a skilled and proactive Mechanical and Electrical Maintenance Engineer to join our dynamic team and support our operations by maintaining and improving our mechanical and electrical systems.Key Responsibilities:" Conduct routine mechanical and electrical maintenance across the facility." Diagnose and repair electrical and mechanical faults in machinery and equipment." Perform scheduled maintenance inspections and ensure that all systems and machinery are operating at optimal performance." Work on CNC Machines, pneumatics, electrical equipment" Identify and implement improvements in maintenance procedures to reduce downtime." Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies." Provide rapid breakdown response to ensure minimal downtime." Collaborate with other departments to address maintenance needs and support production activities." Maintain accurate maintenance records and reports.Requirements:" Degree or relevant certification in Mechanical, Electrical, or Electro-Mechanical Engineering." Proven experience as a Mechanical and Electrical Maintenance Engineer in a manufacturing or industrial environment." Strong understanding of electrical systems, mechanical systems, hydraulics, and pneumatics." Ability to read and interpret technical diagrams and blueprints." Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail." Ability to work both independently and as part of a team."
