Maintenance Joiner (Social Housing / Repairs and Maintenance)

Job ref: Joiner - Social Housing (West/South Yorkshire)
Our Property Services client is looking to add 2 Joiners on a permanent basis to their Day-to-day reactive maintenance team for Yorkshire, this is a mobile role, so included in the package is a salary of £32,500+, van and fuel card, as well as other benefits. The organisation is well established in the property maintenance industry as well as the construction industry, so there are plenty of opportunities once in the business to be promoted if you are looking for a long-term career move. NVQ (or relevant C&G or diploma etc within joinery)

Full Clean UK driving Licence

Availability to work 40 hours per week (8-4:30pm plus occasional on-call)

Be able to pass a relevant DBS where required

Be able to provide work-related references

Prior work in social housing is a MUST
