Responsibilities:

Undertake minor reactive repairs and carry out planned maintenance works.

Painting and Decorating: Ensure rooms and common areas are well-maintained and visually appealing

Shifting Furniture: Assist with moving furniture as needed.

Repairing Things: Fixing minor issues such as broken fixtures, leaky taps, etc.

Ground Maintenance: Keep the outdoor areas tidy and well-kept.

Health and Safety Checks: Regularly inspect and address safety-related concerns.

Refuse & Recycling Management: Manage waste disposal efficiently.

Occasional Travel: Periodically travel to Watford

Requirements:

Previous experience in maintenance or handy person roles.

Basic knowledge of painting, decorating, and minor repairs.

Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach.

The ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Full driving licence
