Multiskilled Maintenance Operative- Responsive Repairs- Social Housing- Lincolnshire- Ongoing/Temp to perm

Your new company
We're looking formultiskilled maintenance operatives who are looking to work within responsiverepairs departments for a social housing provider in Lincolnshire (either Lincoln, Grimsby, Scunthorpe or Boston).
These are temporaryroles initially but are an ongoing requirement so expected to go either temp toperm or be rolling, long-term contracts
Monday to Friday, 37hours per week.

Your new role
Multiskilledmaintenance- joinery, plastering, plumbing, tiling, brickwork etc.
General, minor repairs(fixing door handles, cupboard doors, leaking taps, toilet flushes, holes inwalls, missing tiles etc.)

What you'll need to succeed
Previous experience indomestic building maintenance required (ideally social housing)
NVQ or City &Guilds in relevant trade
Full UK drivinglicense
Own hand tools

What you'll get in return
