Job Description

Responsibilities:

In our Wound Care Division you support the team regarding the marketing strategy and the marketing mix
You work closely together with your colleagues for the development of pricing strategies for the product portfolio and the continuous improvement of processes
You will continuously monitor market trends, developments, and competitor activities in order to give ideas for the development and positioning of our products
Furthermore, you will be part of the Product Lifecycle Management and Brand Management for the area of responsibility
Additionally, you will support in projects in accordance with the HARTMANN Project Standards (PLP, PRINCE2)
You will work close with internal departments of HARTMANN

Qualifications:

You have a university degree in scientific or business linked studies or equivalent
You also have first professional experience in marketing, ideally gained in an international context and in the medical environment
Ideally you have experience in working in cross-functional (matrix) and multi-cultural context
You have a constructive and open manner of collaboration and communication combined with intercultural competence
Further you have a high market and customer orientation along with interpersonal skills and creative drive
Fluency in English; German skills are a plus
