Manager/Director - Financial Services - Jersey or Guernsey

Manager/Senior Manager/Director/Financial Services/People Management/People Development/Building & Developing Teams/Mentoring/Training/Leadership/Operations/Based in the Channel Islands (Jersey or Guernsey)/Permanent role, £80,000 - 120,000 + benefits & bonus.

One of our leading clients is looking to recruit a Senior Manager/Director. You might be a Manager looking to take that next step up into a Directors role or already be at Director level and looking for a new role.

Location - Channel Islands - Guernsey or Jersey

Permanent role

Salary £80,000 - 120,000 + 20% bonus and excellent benefits

(Channel Islands income tax is fixed at 20%)

My client will provide housing licence and assist with relocation for candidates based outside of the Channel Islands.

Experience:

• Manager or Director level
• Focus on building teams, people management, development and mentoring
• Stakeholder management skills - will be working at a senior level
• Sector - exposure to the Financial Services sector
