Having experienced rapid growth over the past four years, doubling their headcount, and attracting prestigious clients, the company is now looking for a talented Managing Director, with experience in the sustainability sector, to help take them to the next level.

This role is ideal for a seasoned leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about driving growth.

What We're Looking For:

1. Proven experience in the built environment sector, with expertise in sustainability.
2. A strategic thinker with the ability to shape and lead the company's expansion strategy and create and execute their long-term growth plans.
3. Strong business acumen, with hands-on experience owning a P&L to drive financial performance and business success.
4. A people-focused leader who can command respect while supporting, developing and inspiring a team.
5. Well-connected, with a strong network and experience winning new business and growing client relationships.
6. Innovative, solutions-focused, and able to drive process improvements across the business.
