Role Overview:

You will be the key driver of growth and player engagement on our platform. Your primary responsibility will be to develop and execute strategies that attract new players while fostering loyalty and retention among existing users. You will work closely with our marketing, product, and analytics teams to create data-driven campaigns that maximize player lifetime value and drive sustainable growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Player Acquisition: Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new players through digital channels such as SEO, SEM, PPC, social media, affiliates, influencers, and more.
• Retention & Engagement: Create and manage retention programs, including loyalty schemes, CRM campaigns, personalized promotions, and gamification to maximize player engagement and lifetime value.
• Affiliate Marketing: Build and manage relationships with affiliate partners to drive high-quality player traffic and grow our affiliate network.
• Data Analytics & Reporting: Leverage analytics tools to track, analyze, and optimize player acquisition and retention efforts. Regularly report on key metrics such as conversion rates, retention rates, and ROI.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, product, and creative teams to ensure cohesive campaigns and a seamless player experience.
• Innovative Player Journeys: Create tailored player experiences that enhance engagement, combining cutting-edge crypto solutions with entertainment and rewards.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Proven Experience: 3-5+ years of experience in player acquisition, retention, or growth marketing, ideally in the online gaming, crypto casino, or iGaming space.
• Crypto Knowledge: Strong understanding of cryptocurrency, blockchain technology, and crypto payment systems (Bitcoin, Ethereum, etc.).
• Digital Marketing Expertise: In-depth knowledge of digital marketing channels (SEO, SEM, PPC, social media, etc.) and CRM tools.
• Affiliate Marketing Experience: Hands-on experience managing affiliate programs, optimizing performance, and developing partnerships.
• Data-Driven Mindset: Comfortable using data and analytics to inform decision-making and optimize campaigns. Experience with platforms like Google Analytics, CRM systems, or other growth tools.
• Player-Focused: Passionate about understanding player behavior and creating experiences that drive engagement and retention.
