Your new role

Monitor and manage outstanding debts to ensure timely collection of payments.

Communicate with clients in Mandarin and English to resolve payment issues and discrepancies.

Maintain accurate records of all credit control activities and client communications.

Assess the creditworthiness of new and existing clients.

Prepare regular reports on credit control activities and outstanding debts.

Collaborate with the sales and finance teams to resolve any billing issues.

Implement and improve credit control processes and policies.

Handle queries related to invoices and payments in a professional manner.

What you'll need to succeed

Fluency in Mandarin and English (both written and spoken).

Proven experience in a credit control or similar role.

Strong understanding of credit control processes and financial principles.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
