Do you want to inspire our target audience through marketing activities, anticipate trends and transform spaces into favorite places?

Then you've come to the right place!

In this exciting Maternity Cover as a Marketing Communication Manager (B2C), you will play a vital role in our mission to transform spaces into favorite places with daylight and fresh air. Immerse yourself in the world of daylight, sustainable technologies and inspiring designs and support our target audience on their customer journey.

We offer

A unique opportunity where you will be part of the Marketing Communications team in the North Europe Region (covering Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Great Britain, Ireland & Nordics), and work on the development and implementation of regional marketing activities across our markets.

You will join an international team based across multiple European locations who jump in and support each other to help drive projects forward. We often see each other remotely but love meeting up in person too in one of our many locations, so please expect some travel.

We offer a flexible hybrid work set-up with a mix of working from home, office work and travel - details to be discussed depending on applicant's location.

Key responsibilities

You will be part of executing an ambitious and multi-layered marketing plan that offers you the opportunity to work on a variety of different media, formats and approaches. This includes the strategic planning, organisation and implementation of holistic marketing campaigns covering the marketing funnel.

You will be responsible for the evaluation and assessment of campaigns based on relevant marketing KPIs.

Other key tasks:

  • Collaborate closely with our Insights team in monitoring industry trends, understanding our target audience and different market conditions across the region
  • Lead collaboration with agencies and external partners, working closely with different stakeholders and departments

While you will be asked to work on projects across the region, your geographical location and knowledge will mean you are also asked to focus on specific opportunities in UK & ROI, meaning a close working relationship with the GBI sales and marketing teams.

You will quickly be trusted with taking ownership of projects across the region and become the face and driving force behind them.

Your line manager will be based out of Copenhagen, and will visit regularly to help onboard you into the team / support with projects, however do expect some of the onboarding / support to happen remotely.

Who we are looking for

The ideal candidate will have a university degree or equivalent combined with a minimum of 5 years of professional experience in marketing/communications.

You have strong organisational skills and have successfully planned, managed and evaluated marketing campaigns, preferably across multiple European markets.

You are an outgoing person with strong communication skills, which you know how to use in interdisciplinary project communication.

Furthermore you:

  • Are an internal networker who gets to know their stakeholders and learns quickly how to work with people to achieve shared goals
  • Are a strong team player and quick on your feet. Able to manage multiple projects and stakeholders in parallel across a matrix organisation
  • Enjoy working in an international team, thinking outside the box and liaising with regional and global teams
  • Speak and write fluently in English
  • Are comfortable with travel both domestically and internationally to attend team events, marketing shoots and other marketing related initiatives.

As a person you are a resourceful self-starter who takes initiative and can move complex projects forward using independent judgement.

What is in it for you?
You will get to work alongside experienced, fun, and passionate colleagues - in an international setting where knowledge is shared, and responsibility is given to those who can and will. Our team is characterized by an informal tone and respect for each other, both as team players and as individuals. We like to take care of each other.

You will be provided with many opportunities to develop yourself - be it through mentorship, courses, and others. We promise, you will face exciting new challenges every day that will help you grow.
