Job Title: Marketing Director

Location: London (On-site 3-4 days a week)

Salary: £80,000+

We're looking for an experienced Marketing Director to shape and execute a robust marketing strategy for an innovative brand portfolio. This role will oversee all marketing activities, brand positioning, and revenue-generating initiatives, ensuring that every campaign is optimized to increase market share and elevate brand reputation.

About the Role:

As the Marketing Director, you will take ownership of the marketing strategy and brand growth, guiding a cross-functional team across digital, offline, social, and affiliate channels. Your focus will be on delivering high-quality leads, managing marketing budgets, and ensuring alignment with the organization's goals for brand awareness, lead generation, and student acquisition.

Collaborating closely with Co-CEOs, Institutional Managing Directors, and the Sales and Business Development teams, you will set ambitious lead and revenue targets, ensuring effective performance tracking, campaign optimization, and alignment with brand values. Your leadership will help streamline operations and foster a results-driven environment that supports growth across new and existing product lines, both domestically and internationally.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Marketing Planning: Lead the development and execution of an aligned marketing plan that supports lead generation, conversion, and revenue targets across all channels.
  • Budget Management: Oversee and manage the marketing budget, focusing on profitable lead generation and conversion initiatives, meeting revenue targets within established financial parameters.
  • Brand & Customer Experience: Enhance brand awareness and maintain alignment with overall brand strategy. Drive improvements in customer relationship management processes and technologies.
  • KPI & Performance Reporting: Establish, monitor, and report on relevant KPIs, ensuring timely performance tracking, lead quality assessments, and campaign optimization.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to support effective marketing of brand products, optimize campaign performance, and maximize brand reach.
  • Product Lifecycle & Market Expansion: Develop and manage product life cycle strategies and new product introductions, supporting growth in domestic and international markets.
  • Team Leadership & Development: Mentor and support the marketing team, ensuring alignment with strategic goals, building brand expertise, and maximizing each team member's contribution.
  • Compliance & Best Practices: Ensure compliance with company policies, and manage relationships with external partners, reviewing contracts and ensuring value for money across activities.

Essential Qualifications & Skills:

  • 3+ years experience in a Marketing Director role,preferably within educational services or relative
  • Skilled in budget management, revenue forecasting, and ROI tracking, with an ability to balance strategic goals with practical execution.
  • Deep understanding of digital channels, CRM systems, campaign management, and post-campaign analytics.
  • Effective at collaborating with sales, business development, and institutional partners to ensure alignment and mutual success.
  • Strong leadership skills with experience in developing and motivating cross-functional marketing teams.

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Regularly report to the Co-CEOs and MDs on marketing performance, revenue, and student targets.
  • Lead initiatives in equality, diversity, and inclusion, supporting a healthy and compliant work environment.
  • Ensure that data privacy, health, and safety standards are adhered to across all marketing activities.
