We believe an ecosystem wide transition towards an account centric worldview will enable the consolidation of an increasingly fragmented user experience.

At OneBalance we are developing a non-custodial account model to provide users with a seamless, account-centric experience. Our model introduces resource locks to accounts on credible commitment machines. OneBalance is a framework for managing these Credible Accounts. We are looking for an experienced Marketing Lead who will be responsible for the public-facing side of OneBalance product, leading the marketing efforts according to the ecosystem strategy. This is a high-ownership and cross-functional role within the Ecosystem team where you will be pivotal in taking the product from a technical codebase to a reputable, known, and widely adopted product. This is a role that requires someone who is well-structured but has a scrappy "get things done" mindset with a high level of drive and resourcefulness.

The right candidate for this role will be deeply crypto-native with a strong understanding of the technical side of the blockchain space.

London or Lisbon preferred. Should be located within UTC +-3. Some travel will be needed for conferences, events, etc as part of this role. Relocation support offered to London or Lisbon.

Ownership: Be responsible for marketing efforts and outcomes

Strategy creation and execution: Craft a comprehensive strategy for brand awareness, product adoption, and growth of OneBalance's core KPIs.

Brand Development: Develop a comprehensive, high-quality brand for the project

Budget Management: propose and own the marketing budget with clear reporting on ROIs

Visual identity: Have ownership over visual aspects (designs, landing pages, imagery) and build up capabilities as necessary

KOL Management: Identify and manage relationships with KOLs relevant for OneBalance.

PR & Events: Orchestrate our media and event presence

Execution: execute marketing activities in-line with Onebalance's ecosystem strategy

Strong understanding of Ethereum and the emergent trends within the space

A minimum of 3 years of professional marketing experience in the crypto space

Experience leading the marketing and GTM from the early stages for a reputable widely adopted product or token project

A proven track record with a focus technical, strategic, and organic marketing rather than purely paid marketing

Strong technical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills with native-level English

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Extremely self-motivation to get things done

Comfortable and able to work effectively in a constantly changing environment

Experience hosting events

Deep understanding of Ethereum's Transaction Supply Chain
