The Role

We're seeking a passionate and proactive Marketing Manager with strong B2B experience who thrives in a fast-paced environment. In this hands-on role, you'll lead our marketing efforts and build on our brand to reach current and potential audiences.

In this role, invention meets execution, requiring creativity, strategic thinking, and the ability to maximise budgets and in-house resources. A collaborative team across all departments will support you to play a key role in shaping our brand's future. You will develop and lead the marketing team as the business grows, ensuring our brand reputation remains strong.

What You'll Do
  • Work with the existing brand and marketing strategy to plan this year's activities and future strategies.
  • Collaborate with in-house and external creative talent to execute brand-building and ROI-driven campaigns.

Brand Management

  • Act as the brand guardian, ensuring consistency and growth.
  • Develop the brand visually, verbally, and experientially.
  • Create and implement content campaign strategies across key channels.
  • Enhance and evolve the Dines website to better tell our brand story.

Campaign Management

  • Lead content-led campaigns to drive engagement and brand awareness.
  • Create lead-generation campaigns through relevant channels.
  • Develop and manage referral campaigns to leverage our strong word of mouth growth channels.

Stakeholder Communications

  • Craft clear, engaging communications for internal teams, external partners, investors, and clients.

Reporting

  • Measure and report marketing performance effectively to stakeholders.
What We're Looking For
  • 5-10 years of experience in brand and campaign-led marketing.
  • A dynamic storyteller who can shape and grow the Dines brand story.
  • Proven experience in developing B2B brand and marketing strategies.
  • Demonstrated success in leading B2B campaigns with measurable ROI.
  • Experience working closely with company leadership to align marketing with business goals.
  • Strong experience managing agencies, freelancers, consultants, and suppliers.
  • F&B experience is always beneficial at Dines.
