Teacher of Mathematics Required in Cardiff. January Start.

This school is a mixed 11 - 18 comprehensive school based in Cardiff with over 500 pupils. The school has a mixed range of opportunities for the pupils to develop and shape their future. Your new role
Starting in January, you will be a key part of the dedicated Maths department including full teaching responsibilities such as:

Teach KS3 - KS5 including further Maths.

Nurture a range of learning abilities

Staff meetings

Parent's evenings,

Pastoral responsibilities,

Planning and preparation of lessons

Marking and assessment.

What you'll need to succeed

Experience of teaching Further Maths in a secondary school.

Qualified teaching Status or PCET with Maths experience.

Proven track record of helping students.

Strong classroom management skills.

Registered with the Education Workforce Council.

Hold a DBS check on the update service or be willing to obtain one.
