Description:

As a Mechanical Integrity Engineer, you will support our development projects by understanding and assessing the lifing behavior of our components. Our team engages in a variety of tasks, including alloy development, material modelling, methodology development, and providing support to workshops, procurement, and service. This role offers the flexibility to work remotely, with the expectation of regular in-office presence to ensure effective collaboration and team integration.

How You'll make an Impact

Perform stress and lifing assessments utilizing finite element analysis and other numerical models.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather essential data and inputs for precise assessments and calculations.

Contribute to the development and enhancement of lifing methodologies and procedures.

Engage in root cause analysis to evaluate and understand component lifing behavior.

Support development projects by assessing and planning the necessary lifing work

What You Bring

Background in Mechanical Engineering or a related field 10y+ experience in structural analysis, experience in high temperature applications is an advantage Proficiency with software tools such as ABAQUS, HyperWorks, NASGRO, NX, Ansys and FRANC3D Proficiency in English, both verbal and written.

Self-sufficiency and the ability to work independently A collaborative mindset and an ability to quickly grasp new concepts and skills
