Medical Affairs Sr Manager - Distributor Markets (Remote)

Hobson Prior is working closely with a leading pharmaceutical company who is seeking a Medical Affairs Sr Manager for Distributor Markets. This role focuses on developing and executing medical strategies with distributors, ensuring medical education, and supporting global expansion efforts. The position is fully remote and open to candidates in the UK, France, Germany, Netherlands, and Switzerland.

Responsibilities:

• Create and implement medical strategies tailored to each distributor's needs.
• Lead medical education plans, including online and in-person training for healthcare professionals.
• Develop and review medical content for accuracy.
• Support global expansion by assessing market readiness and providing insights.
• Collaborate with distributors to meet the educational and research needs of healthcare professionals.

Key Skills & Requirements:

• Experience in the diabetes field, preferably Type 1.
• Knowledge of current diabetes treatments and landscape.
• Ability to work remotely and collaborate across regions.
