This role is based in Birmingham as a 12 month fixed term contract to cover maternity leave. We are a people-focused law firm that values both our clients and our team. We're looking for someone who brings expertise, empathy, and professionalism to this role. The ideal candidate will have:

• Experience in medical practice or the care sector, ideally with a medical qualification.
• A strong understanding of medical terminology, medical record-keeping, and healthcare standards.
• Ideally, some legal knowledge or experience handling complaints and investigations in a medical setting.
• Excellent communication and listening skills, particularly when supporting clients in difficult emotional situations.
• Strong attention to detail, IT proficiency, and a proactive, solution-focused approach.
