Why we need you

AQMetrics is looking for an experienced Analyst to join our Reporting team in supporting our customers with MiFID II Transaction Reporting obligations. In addition to looking after our customers, you will help guide the design, development, and support of next-generation features on our core product. This is an opportunity for a Transaction Reporting expert, with knowledge of MiFID II and emerging regulations, to join a high-growth firm, changing the way investment managers stay compliant with global regulations.

What you will do

1. Support our MiFID customers with their T+1 reporting obligations
2. Assist in the development of documentation, specifications, and enhancements for the AQMetrics regulatory platform
3. Onboard new customers to the AQMetrics platform, including data mapping, data onboarding, and product training
4. Mapping of customer data sources to the AQMetrics data interface
5. Monitor ongoing changes to existing and emerging regulatory requirements, constantly improving our regulatory reporting knowledge base
6. Provide exceptional service to our customers by responding to queries in a professional manner
7. Work closely with our product engineering team to provide customer feedback on the AQMetrics solution to ensure our product continues to be enhanced

What you will have

• Degree in Business/accounting or related discipline
• Minimum 2 years' experience working in the Investment Management industry
• Technical knowledge of Transaction Reporting across multiple asset classes (equities, fixed income, FX, credit)
• Understanding of OTC derivatives and/or listed derivatives
• Experience with regulatory compliance software including data mapping, workflows, configuration, rule testing, and reporting
• Ability to prioritize, multitask, and work effectively within a team in a deadline-driven environment
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to effectively communicate and build relationships both internally and externally
• A proactive and inquisitive approach toward new challenges and problem-solving
