Job Description
A construction company are hiring an Electrical Engineer to maintain their own portfolio of offices in London.

Your new company
Our client are a large, well-known construction business who are a leading infrastructure group based out of the UK. They are hiring a Mobile Maintenance Electrical Engineer to operate on a van mobile basis, with company van provided, to their own portfolio of commercial offices in London & the surrounding areas.
Your new role
As a Mobile Maintenance Electrician you will carry out all manner of electrical maintenance and repair duties to a number of commercial properties across London. Key duties will include:

  • PPMs and reactive maintenance
  • Day-to-day electrical repairs (lights, sockets, switchfaces etc.)
  • Fuse boards etc.
  • Breakdowns etc.
  • Plant room repairs and escalations as required.
  • Planned maintenance and checks (emergency lighting etc.)
  • General maintenance where possible (basic plumbing, carpentry etc.) - this is not essential
What you'll need to succeed
To succeed in this role you will require relevant experience in operating as a maintenance electrician within a commercial environment. You will also require:
  • Electrical maintenance experience across all aspects of commercial property
  • Level 3 NVQ or equivalent
  • 18th edition
  • Gold CSCS or proof that you qualify for this (cost to prove can be covered)
  • Full UK driving license
