Our client is a household name across NI and the UK and the Belfast site forms part of a larger group of sites throughout the rest of the UK.
Your New Role
Whilst on shift your core duties and responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
Diagnose and correct automation, electrical and mechanical issues to resolve breakdown situations • Ensure our engineering strategy is delivered consistently • Deliver turn-key improvement projects in a timely and cost-efficient manner • Drive the performance of the Engineering function forward • Focus on safe working practices and site performance KPI's including OEE and CCOs • Any other duties which reasonably correspond to the general character of the role.

What You'll Need To Succeed
In order to be considered for this post you will need to be able to demonstrate the following skills, experience and qualifications:
A team player • Excellent communication skills • Able to train, coach and assist operators and other engineers • A Higher National Certificate (HNC) in an electrical, automation or multiskilled engineering discipline is desirable, supported by suitable experience • Enthusiastic and motivated, with a passion for continuous improvement • Be flexible and co-operative to assist in meeting business needs.

For working a continental shift pattern of 2 weeks days/2 weeks nights on a 4/3 pattern, you will earn a salary up to £49234 (multi-skilled)/ £47832 (single skilled).
