You will be working for a housing company who manage over 50,000 homes.
Your new role
You will be working in the Planned Works team. They are responsible for delivering improvement and cyclical works across the entire operational area. Utilising both in-house teams and approved sub-contractors, they carry out the major improvement works to customers' homes including kitchen renewals and bathroom replacements right through to roof replacement and insulation. In addition, our team of Contract Surveyors also specify and implement a variety of special project works throughout the year delivering solutions for more complex issues.
We're looking for a Multi Trade Kitchen Fitter, who will be carrying out kitchen replacements to a high standard with an emphasis on delivering an efficient service to customers.
You'll be covering sites across Hampshire, Berkshire, Wiltshire and surrounding areas and working as a great team player.
There'll be a further requirement to cover an out of hours service on a rota basis.
What you'll need to succeed
You will be an experienced Kitchen Fitter who can also cover other trades like plumbing to a reasonable level when required. You'll be a good communicator, have an achievement based approach to your work and be motivated. A City & Guilds or NVQ qualification relating to the above trade skills and previous experience is required.
