Multidisciplinary Lawyer (M/F)

Responsibilities:

• Defend and protect the laboratory's interests during legal proceedings.
• Ensure the legal security of the company and defend its interests in commercial and legal operations.
• Advise and inform individuals and legal entities on legal and judicial matters.
• Provide information on the procedure for formal notice, legal summons, and mediate in case of disputes.
• Draft legal documents and carry out relevant procedures associated with them.
• Manage commercial, social, and labor law litigation, compile legal files, and perform procedural acts.
• Draft and review commercial contracts.
• Support the members of the laboratory's management committee in all operations, including general tasks and missions, commercial operations, social law, labor law, etc.
• Regulatory monitoring: ensure daily monitoring and dissemination; update tools accessible to various requesting departments.

Profile:

• Higher education in law, with a minimum of a Bachelor's degree.
• Proficiency in all areas of law (company law, commercial law, labor law, trademark law, etc.), at the Luxembourgish level, and preferably in neighboring countries (Belgium, France, Germany).
• Languages: Perfect mastery of French and English. Any other language is an asset.

Skills and qualities required:

• Excellent writing skills.
• A sense of precision, synthesis, and analysis; particularly autonomous, organized, and effective in stressful situations.
