• Bring JYMMiN to the global markets with a skilled team of global partners and investors.
• Make JYMMiN partner of big fitness and rehabilitation brands.
• Business Administration & Development.
• Drive customer acquisition, retention and growth, product and tech development.

Requirements

Your Profile

• Proven track record in the fitness-/rehabilitation-/music-industry.
• You are committed to building a startup as the next chapter of your professional journey.
• Past experience as a (co)founder OR proven yourself in a leading role in a startup with significant impact on the success of the company.
• You excel at creative problem-solving in uncertain situations, pragmatic execution with limited resources, and combine your hands-on skills with the power to shape a long-term vision.
• When working with others you show that you have mastered a diverse communication toolkit, can collaborate effectively. Working with different stakeholders is not a problem for you.
• As a character you show strong conviction and resilience, cultural adaptability, and positive stress management.
• Fluent English is a must. German is a strong plus, as well as other languages.
• You are fully aware that being a founder comes with a strong upside but none of the economic security of a corporate career - and you are excited about it.
