Key Responsibilities
Lead and oversee the end-to-end execution of infrastructure projects, with a strong focus on network design, enhancements, and optimization.

Manage all aspects of project delivery, including planning, budgeting, resource allocation, and monitoring progress against timelines.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams (internal, vendor, offshore) to ensure alignment with business objectives and smooth execution.

Ensure adherence to GxP and other relevant regulatory standards throughout the project life cycle.

Facilitate clear and consistent communication between stakeholders, including senior leadership and technical teams.

Proactively identify project risks and implement effective mitigation strategies to ensure successful delivery.

Maintain thorough project documentation, ensure seamless transitions, and lead post-project reviews for continuous process improvement.

Qualifications
4-8 years of experience in IT infrastructure project management, with a focus on network-related initiatives.

Proven track record of successfully delivering at least 3 infrastructure projects within the pharmaceutical or life sciences sectors, particularly in GxP environments.

Strong technical knowledge of network infrastructure, including LAN/WAN, Firewalls, VPNs, routing, switching, and data center connectivity.

Additional expertise in other infrastructure domains (eg, server, workplace systems, security) is a plus.

Demonstrated leadership in managing complex, cross-functional projects, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery.

Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels and resolve conflicts effectively.

Familiarity with project management software (eg, MS Project, Jira, Confluence, ServiceNow).

PMP certification is preferred; experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies is a bonus.

A degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.

Proficiency in both German and English is required.
