Job Description

Job Title: National Sales Manager - Service Contracts (Refrigeration & Chillers)

Role Overview: Leading provider of refrigeration, chiller and cooling solutions, serving the food, beverage, and process sectors across the UK. Seeking a dynamic National Sales Manager to lead a UK-wide team of Service Sales/ BDMs, driving growth in service contract sales and generating repair and maintenance opportunities for the Service division.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement a national sales strategy for service contracts and aftersales solutions.
  2. Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Service Sales BDMs across the UK.
  3. Drive new business and expand the service offering within the food & beverage sectors.
  4. Build strong relationships with key clients and industry partners.
  5. Work closely with internal teams to enhance customer experience and service delivery.
  6. Monitor market trends and competitor activity to refine sales strategies.

Requirements:

  1. Proven track record in sales leadership within the refrigeration, chiller, or HVAC service industry.
  2. Experience managing a sales team and driving service contract revenue.
  3. Strong commercial acumen and strategic thinking.
  4. Excellent relationship-building and negotiation skills.

National Sales Manager - Package:

£60K-£70K + Bonus
