Network Design Specialist RAN

RAN Network Design Specialist - 6 months - BPSS - Hybrid working

The role holder will be responsible for delivering the E2E technical solutions deployed within the RAN, this includes complete Radio Network Design (All technologies) and ensuring that the produced design meets the quality within the agreed time frame. The role will cover hardware, software and radio feature design and introduction across Macro, Micro and Small cells. Ensure work is delivered to a high standard and within a challenging timeframe.

Skills you need:
* Technical experience in the mobile telecommunications industry.
* Knowledge of 2G, 4G & 5G RAN design.
* Understanding of lab testing and field trials processes.
* Maintain a high level of domain expertise, keeping abreast of new developments within the telecoms market, to ensure continued delivery to time, cost, and quality in the face of both internal and external change.
* Good understanding of Ericsson and Nokia RAN
