Job Description

Allianz Trade is looking for their next NEUR Regional Head of Distribution. Reporting to the Regional Commercial Director, you will be responsible for contributing to the achievement of profitable and sustainable growth in the frame of the Allianz Trade Group strategy through the development and implementation of a Northern Europe specific distribution strategy focusing on Banks, Brokers, Direct Sales Force and Digital channels. Your goal is to develop a robust multi-channel distribution strategy across the Northern Region including the growth of Bank, Digital and extensions of the current portfolio.

The location for this position is flexible.

What you will do:

  1. Contribute to a yearly marketing plan
  2. Execute Distribution elements of the Confidence to be Bold strategy
  3. Manage existing distribution channels
  4. Develop new distribution channels
  5. Resolve channel conflicts in favor of Allianz Trade Group
  6. Coordinate any changes on compensation schemes in the frame of Allianz Trade's Group strategy
  7. Share best practice, develop sales tools and training
  8. Govern all Distribution functions on regional and country level
  9. Take responsibility for implementation of reporting (incl. Copernicus), Group Distribution rules and service model
  10. Take personal responsibility in acquisition and management of top accounts, including the Deal Breakers process, and delivering the overall Commercial Budget
  11. Interact regularly with top customers and partners in the region
  12. Contribute to productivity and efficiency topics
