Role description
As a backend developer, you will play a crucial role in developing and maintaining our artist tools. You will work closely with both the front-end and back-end teams to build new product features and implement technical improvements. We have recently set up a new backend application in Nest.js, and your expertise will be invaluable in further optimizing and integrating this with our other tools.
You will be responsible for analyzing and implementing performance optimizations and working on projects that directly contribute to the growth and success of artists. We are looking for someone who is not only technically strong but also capable of leading a team and experienced in hiring new team members. You will work closely with the CMO/PO, CEO, and other key figures within the company, making communication skills and stakeholder management crucial in your role.
Requirements
At least 5 years of experience with TypeScript with Node.JS
Extensive experience with modern frameworks and tools such as React, Next.js, Gatsby, TypeScript, Styled Components, GraphQL, and Node.js
Self-motivated developer who enjoys teamwork
Strong collaboration skills
Passion for technology and attention to detail in solving complex problems
Experience in building and leading a team is a significant plus
Experience with cloud technologies such as AWS is a plus
Experience or affinity with the music industry is a plus
Working Conditions
Flexible remote work policy: 2 days at the office, 3 days remote per week, with the freedom to come to the office more often if desired
A salary that can go up to €85k based on your experience and skills
