Nursery room leader

We are so excited to be able to invite you to join our Hilltop Tots Day Nursery family!

This position is for a level 3 nursery room leader. You will be joining the most incredible, award-winning team who are passionate about providing the best possible early yearschildcare for our amazing children and families.

This role is for a full time Nursery Team Leader. You will be able to choose from a minimum of 30 hours per week up to 40 hrs per week, and either a 4 or 5 day week. We also ensure all of our team have the consistency of set hours to ensure the best possible work- life balance. You must hold a minimum childcare/early yearsLevel 3 qualification.

Here at Hilltop Tots Day Nursery we pride ourselves on being a family run, homely nursery with spaces only for 33 children between our three rooms (Baby room, Toddler room and preschool room). At Hilltop Tots Day Nursery we are passionate about providing a more personal approach to childcare both for our children and families but also our amazing team!

We are looking for someone who is confident to lead others, and has a passion providing a fun and loving day for our children, ensuring they have the best possible start to life.

If you have experience as an early years Baby room leader, Toddler room leader or Preschool room leader or you are experienced in different early years and childcare settings and are looking to progress or for a new challenge, then we are excited to here from you.
