Office Administrator

Your new company
Hays are recruiting for a permanent administrator for a Manchester City centre-based business. This role is office based. You will be helping to support a team of world-class engineers, project managers and the wider business.
Your new role
You will be responsible for full administrative support, you will liaise with the project managers and engineers, schedule appointments, help to write adverts and maintain online platforms. You will be supporting campaigns, liaising with external agencies, onboarding new starters, reviewing applications and any other duties required via the business.
What you'll need to succeed
You will be detail orientated, you will be empathetic, you will have excellent communication skills, and you will be comfortable speaking on the phone, you will be keen to improve processes, you will have excellent attention to detail.
What you'll get in return
Salary is £25,000 - £35,000 dependent on experience, flexible working approach, competitive benefits with personal budget for training.
