Job Description

Office Administrator We are working in partnership with a well-established Construction Company based in Dundee, seeking a highly organised and proactive Office Administrator to join their fast paced team. If you are a detail-oriented individual with strong communication and organisational skills, this is the perfect opportunity to advance your career. Position: Office Administrator Location: Dundee Hours: Full-Time (Monday to Friday) Key Responsibilities: - Invoice Processing: Managing and processing supplier and customer invoices accurately- Stock Management:Overseeing the stock of materials in the warehouse, including monitoring levels and ordering new supplies - Customer Service Excellence: Acting as the first point of contact for clients, providing outstanding service- Collaboration: Working closely with other departments and contractors to ensure seamless project delivery and coordination on site- Administrative Support: Handling general administrative tasks, including managing emails, filing, and maintaining records- Order Management: Placing orders for materials and coordinating deliveries to ensure projects run smoothly What We're Looking For- Strong attention to detail with the ability to ensure accuracy in all tasks- Customer service skills to provide a positive experience to both clients and internal stakeholders- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with team members and external contractors- Prior experience in an administrative role, particularly in invoice processing and stock management, is preferred- Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), Sharepoint, the ability to learn company-specific software systems- Self-motivated and capable of managing multiple tasks in a busy environment Benefits: - Competitive salary based on experience- Opportunity to work with a skilled team in a reputable company- Room for growth and development within the companyIf you have the administrative skills we're looking for and thrive in a role that combines organisation, customer service, and teamwork, we would love to hear from you!
