JOB TITLE: Administrator


CONTRACT: Permanent


SALARY: up to £32,000


Key Responsibilities:


  1. Coordinate and maintain office equipment
  2. Greet clients, visitors, and vendors
  3. Manage travel bookings ensuring accuracy
  4. Sort and distribute incoming mail
  5. Arrange meetings and manage refreshments
  6. Provide assistance to the Marketing team
  7. Conduct research and compile data
  8. Maintain stocks of stationery and refreshment supplies
  9. Encourage staff to adhere to Health and Safety requirements
  10. Promote the organisation's values
