Office Manager - IT Delivery Center Mexico City (m/w/d)

To support our future growth around the globe, we are building a new IT Delivery Center in Mexico to extend our global IT department. The IT Office Manager build, leads and develops our IT Delivery team in Mexico-City.

Your tasks

• Oversee the establishment of the IT Delivery Center, including infrastructure, technology, and office space setup
• Acquire , Manage and coordinate (internal and external) IT personnel for global implementation and rollout projects
  The intention is that you build a team with the following example functions:
  • Business Consultants (SAP, Salesforce, Successfactors )
  • Software Developers
  • Administrators
  • Data Analysts
  • and other Support Personnel
• Work closely with the IT team to ensure the delivery center has the capability to deliver the necessary technology and services for our business users
• Plan, design, and implement high-quality features for our IT applications in collaboration with the internal IT product teams
• Create a framework for the team to achieve common goals, to grow through challenges, to promote personal development and to provide a home for the whole team
• Work within the scope of Viegas global IT Strategy and operate under the guidance of the headquarter leadership team

• A successfully completed degree in computer science or a similar qualification is the basis for your tasks
• You have also had several years of professional and management experience in the IT environment and would now like to take responsibility for a branch office
• Furthermore, you are able to communicate fluently in English and Spanish, both spoken and written
• In addition, you are also a charismatic leader who is able to inspire and develop employees
• You are characterized by your analytical, conceptual and communication skills. You handle your daily tasks with a high level of enthusiasm and self-motivation
