Sector- Technology, Artificial IntelligenceLocation- CambridgeSalary & Benefits- £26,000Job Type- Office Manager Full-time, PermanentFantastic opportunity to join one of the UK fastest growing AI Tech firms as an office manager.Office ManagerAs the Office Manager, will be the first point of contact for all Cambridge office requests, including coordinating a meeting room calendar, managing day-to-day functions, and ensuring the office is always kept neat and tidy.

Responsibilities of the Office Manager:

- Welcome visitors in a friendly manner and maintain front door security.- Manage day-to-day operations of the office functions and duties.- Book meeting rooms and coordinate the meeting room calendar.- Order office supplies, tea, coffee and snacks.- Maintain workplace policies and processes, ensuring they are properly implemented, e.g. fire safety, health & safety, and first aid.- Coordinate all maintenance and repairs in the office.- Manage relationships with third party suppliers and building management.- Provide other ad-hoc duties when necessary.

Candidate requirements for the Office Manager:- Excellent organisational and time management skills.- Strong communication skills.- Ability to work on your own initiative or as part of a team.- Attention to detail.- Flexibility and adaptability to changing workloads.- Good IT skills.
