What You'll Do

. MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Understand the integration process in details in every step.
• Defin e requirements and plan the integration life cycle.
• Plan and coordinat e integration project from design and development to production.
• Implement continuous improvement practices.
• Analyze and handle all issues and change requests.
• Proactively identify risks and issues to the quality of the product.

• Monitor deliverables on a daily basis, identif y critical points and obstacles.
• Manag e client expectations and escalations throughout the project.

• Develop e strong working relationships with customer tech experts, end-users and all stakeholders involved in the project.

• Key point of contact for the customer.
• Assist with high severity requests or issue escalations as needed.

• Create and maintain relevant documentation.

• In implementing the organizational capacity to carry out our links and relationships with all actors in the company.

What We're Looking For

• Knowledge in the technical side of the API implementation
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to cut through the ambiguity and identify the core issues

• Systems orientation and experience - Networking, SQL
• Strong troubleshooting skills
• Experience with complex integrated systems
• SW Qualification / Integration / SW Development experience
• Work in complex activities in project and matrix environment in parallel
• Knowledge of TCP/IP, HTTP, DNS, SSL, Web Applications, Load balancers, proxies and firewalls
• Experience with - Jenkins, Git, Jira,

Fluency in English.
