Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Operations Director to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing operations within a fast-paced, creative environment. This role is critical to ensuring our agency's smooth and efficient running, enabling us to deliver outstanding work for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring all departments function seamlessly.
  2. Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency and productivity.
  3. Manage budgets, forecasts, and support in financial planning.
  4. Lead and mentor a team of Project Management and support staff.
  5. Collaborate with senior leadership to align operational goals with the agency's strategic objectives.
  6. Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
  7. Drive continuous improvement initiatives across the agency.
  8. Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
  9. Be a thoughtful and approachable leader that helps to shape culture, not harness it.
  10. Shout out birthdays/celebrations/successes, party planner of epic events, early careers advocate and champion of Demand culture.

This role is the DNA of Demand.

Experience:
  1. Solid experience in operations management within the advertising, marketing, or creative industry.
  2. Strong leadership and team management skills.
  3. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  4. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  5. Proficiency in project management software and tools.
  6. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  7. Empathetic and understanding, this role needs a warm heart as well as a steady mindset.
