Our client is on the lookout for a dynamic Operations Implementations Manager to join their team. What you'll do:
As an Operations Implementations Manager, you will play a pivotal role in managing the day-to-day implementation of operational activities at site. You will be responsible for preparing for the implementation and cutover to new ways of working through the delivery and ongoing development of the Operations Readiness Playbook. Your role will involve close liaison with Site & Project teams to ensure delivery. You will also be accountable for delivering the Physical Site Preparation Workstream section of the Playbook.
- Manage day-to-day implementation of operational activities at site
- Prepare for implementation and cutover to new ways of working through delivery and ongoing development of Operations Readiness Playbook
- Liaise closely with Site & Project teams to ensure delivery
- Ensure delivery of Playbook activities to prepare site for implementation
- Work closely with various stakeholders to complete site readiness activities within time, quality and budget constraints
- Specific accountability for delivering Physical Site Preparation Workstream section of Playbook
What you bring:
- Operational management experience within a fast-paced warehousing and logistics environment
- Experience in implementing WMS would be highly desirable
- Ability to engage and influence an established warehousing environment
- Experience in driving change to achieve best in class operating standards
- Experienced team leader, used to line management and working within a matrix environment
- Experience in leading and supporting others through operational change; able to showcase personal resilience
- Strong planning and delivery experience
- Experience liaising with multiple stakeholders to achieve a common goal
- Willingness to learn new ways of working essential
